Many activities between September and November 2006!
World Flight for Hearing is alive more than ever! We have been invited to so many events all over Europe that we have to say no to many of them as we cannot fit them all in the schedule. As it is now we have different kind of activities booked until November 2007. As we got back to Sweden we have been out to meet a lot of people and talk about our experiences. Most commonly we visit young hard of hearing people as that is our primary target. But we have also been invited to many organizations dealing with hard of hearing people in working age. Everyone wants to join the group who have got to hear and see about our experiences.
For those of you who are interested I can reveal that I have changed occupation and I am not working with technical devices for hard of hearing people at GN ReSound! It is a great pleusure to continue working with and for hard of hearing people. My first task will be to launch a new FM system intented to be used by schools but also conferences etc. The next task will be to expand the export.
This week I have been all around Sweden to meet customers but also to talk about World Flight for Hearing.
A new book will be released where the World Flight for Hearing story will be included. THe name of the book is "Det funkar!" and is published by an organization with representatives from Svenskt Näringsliv and LO. The book will only be available in Swedish. Another book that will publish the WFH story is "Flygets Årsbok" (a yearly publication celebrating aviation in Sweden). Much more to come as well!
As I get time I will publish more pictures from the events we have participated in during the fall of 2006.

I am an audiologist, a manufacturer of aviation headsets which are specifically suited for pilots with up to severe hearing loss. It's too bad that I did not know of your venture while at Oshkosh, but there we are...
Our web site is www.quiettechnologies.com
In any case, I would like to get a set of headphones on your hard-of-hearing pilots. They block out more noise than ANY other headset in the speech frequencies, which is critical to the HOH and deliver hearing aid-quality sound to the ears with high-output and high-fidelity speakers used in top-of-the-line hearing aids!
Perhaps we can participate or sponsor your next venture! Let me know.
