I just recognized a got it wrong in one of my earlier blogs where I wrote that HiSYS was an organization for hard of hearing people in working age! There are many oranizations with different kind of names (that sound similar) and the correct name of the organization I explained about is HyVIS. The other organization also exists but is built up for deaf people (people who use sign language as their primary language). It was correct that I visited that organization last week, but it was not until January 31st that I visited HyVIS.

one thing to say about sign language organzation is that this project also have been very well received and I have got many requests to come out and talk to these groups. I feel glad that this project reaches out to all kind of groups - even people with no hearing loss at all has hired me to come and talk!
